My Broadmand router needs to be reset several time a week

The broadband router requires resetting several times a week - the problem shows most with the Sky Q box and miniboxes, where - despite the sky box being connected via cable they refuse to connect - requiring the router to be reset - it seems to be having trouble assign IP addresses vi DHCP - fixing the IP adddresses has lessened the problem slighly but not cured it
