My Broadband has been dropping out often.

My broadband has been dropping out sometimes up to 10 times a day, getting very frustrated with it everytime I turn it on the TV it says no internet connection. My  ipad wont connect etc etc. So I unplug wait then start again. It will work for a while then it all happens again. I've tested my broadband and its says there is a wifi problem but when I click on the lets fix it icon it just says everything is ok.  Can anyone help please or give me a phone number for sky help. Thanks

Hi @JIllyBean101

Looks like the line is stable so its just your WiFi signal dropping.

Have you tried the WiFi troubleshooting steps on the link below?
