Hi, I haven't had internet since the 26th of March after the activation. The router works, but only has a green light on power and wifi. Nothing shows on the Internet and voice. I have reset it several times, yet it's not working. I've checked all the wires, but it still doesn't work. Please I need a help to rectify it. Thank you

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
