My Broadband connection is not working

Hi, I haven't had internet since the 26th of March after the activation. The router works, but only has a green light on power and wifi. Nothing shows on the Internet and voice. I have reset it several times, yet it's not working. I've checked all the wires, but it still doesn't work. Please I need a help to rectify it. Thank you

We are just all customers here not  sky,  you  need to ring them

@Blissdave Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
