My Broadband box stopped working at one o'clock this morning

My name is Miss Claire Armstrong I had this issue at one o'clock this morning and I have long your phone number both of them and looks like there is a serious issue and looks like army have to have a check up can I have been with you for two years coming up you could check the information from there can we give this situation resolved and I may have to have a checkup of the things what's going on call me

You aren’t contacting Sky or reporting this by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. No one from Sky will call you and their Customers Services are not open 24/7, 

 

At the time of night you've posted it could be maintenance taking place. Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning give Sky a call to report it.
