My Blink Sync Module 2 can't find my wifi

Hello. I'm having a couple of problems with my sync device. Firstly it isn't detecting my wifi. I know there isn't a problem with my wifi as all the electrical items are connected to it without any issues.

Secondly, on the very rare occasions it does find my wifi it constantly tells me I've entered the wrong password (I haven't), which I know isn't right as I've done it more time than I care the remember.

But the biggest problem is that it isn't finding my wifi at all. I've tried refreshing the list and had no luck. I've also tried entering my wifi manually (WPA2, WPA, WEP, NONE) and that's when it tells me I have entered the wrong password. Again I know this to not be true.

I am getting the constant green light and the flashing blue light on the sync device.

Please help.
