@DKMcCarthy93  Are you sure it's been cutoff and not a fault? Have you run the test here https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...

 

BTW you're not talking to Sky customer services via the community.
