You will need to contact Sky to request a replacement or repair. Your post isn't clear as to whether it was "ripped out " deliberately. If it was you will probably need to provide Sky with a crime reference number.

@Keith126 you need to tell Sky somthey can arrange to get it fixed. To help with thst I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
