My BT fibre box has a fault, red light on the LOS. How can I get the issue resolved?

Red light on the LOS of the BT fibre box. Who do I need to speak to to get it resolved? Had no WiFi for 3 days and going round in circle with the chat bot!

That usually means an external fault the quickest way to book an engineer is to call sky

LOS is loss of signal, and indicates no light is coming down the optical cable.  You'll need to persist in logging a fault with Sky so that they can book Openreach to investigate.

@Dan-89 there is an issue stopping the optical signal reaching the ONT so it needs an enf]ginerr from Openreach to see whats wrong. To enable that I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted but given its Sunday that might now be tomorrow.
