MsTeams issues since moving to sky fibre

I changed to sky fibre 1 month ago and 2 weeks ago started having problems connecting and using ms Teams. I work from home and had My IT team check this and it indicates a failure at the sky hub, possibly with security settings or DNS or VOIP. Confirmed it works OK if I use my mobile hot-spot to connect. Also mobile phones have trouble working using WiFi.

Are you using a white Max Hub plus a VPN or other remote connectivity solution provided by your employer?
