Hi ! How I can see my contract end 18 month ago and I pay 18 month more till today - and your plan  again give me this sh... - wi fi connection on your app look good - but laptop not connect all in one also not connect - phone and smartphone use your data I don't want - sort my speed and connection or I cancel DD and don't want your service anymore

@Vitalii3 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. Sky's standard briadband contracts run for 24 months not 18 you can seethe contract documents in the My Sky app in the My Documents section.

 

Sky like other isps can only guarantee speeds to your hub which they test each day - you can access thecresults in the Service Checker in thecsame app. Speedscyou get on a device connected by WiFi is not something Sky can control as the layout and type of construction of your home determine that.
