Moving to the UK from abroad

I'm moving from abroad (US) after being away from the UK for 20 years. I can't set up Sky service without a UK mobile no - I only have a US mobile number. How can I set up service???

The Google AI search result for that query generates some useful looking information (which I cannot post here as it includes contact numbers)

 

Essentially the online pathway isn't going to work without a valid UK mobile.
