I'm pulling my hair out!! My neighbour has SKY. We are having a barn conversion built. I've gone to Openreach to get the connectivity brought over and it just says not available in my area. I can't find anywhere to contact an Openreach Engineer to put the order in to start the ball rolling, in order that I can then take Sky. Can anyone help me, please.

Does the location have its own existing address? Without that, placing an order for utilities through a reseller isn't exactly straightforward.

Note that Openreach doesn't provide broadband service: they are in charge of poles, ducts and cables. For a new build it may be possible to get these in place through the site registration process, otherwise it has to happen once an ISP can place an order at an address on the Royal Mail PAF.
