Moving router across room. What cable do I need.

so need to move my router across my room.  What cable do o need from the phone socket to the back of my router need about 5 meters.  Anything specific needed? Thanks. 

Sky q 2tb and a mini bt Internet.

Typically RJ11 to RJ11, preferably four pin fully wired but not 'crossover'.
