Moving out of parents address

Hi I recently requested to move broadband from my parents address to my new address which was confirmed then because my mum tried getting her own they cancelled mine. I rang up and they suggested my mum cancels her which she as and waits till I've done mine fully, I'm just wondering how I can go about rescheduling the move?
