Moving my existing broadband package

Trying to notify house move but app prompting for new products and to start a new contract. We want to run down our existing contract even though we're moving home (that's eligible for the same max fibre broadband too)

You should be able to book a home move here https://www.sky.com/moving-home

If that doesnt work you'll need to call Sky.

 

I would note that doing a home move for broadband puts you into another minimum term contract.
