Hi. We are moving house on 31st Jan 25 and the engineer is not able to fit the full fibre until 19/02 which is nearly three weeks without WiFi
I have a few questions:
1) do we continue to pay for full fibre without access to it for that period?
2) do sky provide an alternative WiFi whilst we wait for the engineer?
3) do we take our hub with us or do we get a new one?

if you have booked a home move you will stop getting charged when the service is turned off at your old address and any overpayment refunded on the next available bill
2) do sky provide an alternative WiFi whilst we wait for the engineer?
no, the recommended time scale for arranging a home move is two weeks and will currently be in progress as planned
3) do we take our hub with us or do we get a new one?
yes take all internal sky equipment with you to the new address if new equipment is being issued then you will be sent returns labels/packaging for the original equipment with or after the new stuff is sent
