Moving home

Hi i just moved in to my new house and i was trying move home option in my account but its not working what should i do.

A Home Move should really be booked several weeks before the required date: unfortunately you're now looking at a considerable delay before any service could be provided.

If the online homemove option isnt working you'll need to call Sky.
