Hi I have done the request numerous times online to move house, I get to the final bit then says technical error and to ring adviser. I spoke with sky adviser who attempted to do it online but like me at last stage can't progress with it. The adviser states it's because there was a problem in returning my sky equipment as I upgraded she said I never sent back, I advised that I had sent back and sky even refunded me as they took the payment of no return from bank she looked back and agreed yes I can see that. To my annoyance I'm still no further as there is that block on my account I can't move house and if it remains the case for more than a week I will have no choice but to move provider as I work from home so internet is extremely important, I agent done anything wrong can someone please please help I just want to take all my sky products to new address they will lose a good customer that uses over £159 a month in sky services

Thanks I have logged a complaint! I just hope this gets sorted! I haven't done anything wrong I just want to move house with all my sky products!
