I've tried selected the moving home link but no products appear for me to select. How do I therefore move home when it can't find the product I use?? Always hard to contact sky personnel to discuss this. Thanks in advance for those that can help

Log into the MySky app select vip and the home move option, the contact details are there for direct contact to the home move team if it doesn't allow you to order yourself
