Hi,

is it possible to move from sky broadband to now broadband 'powered by sky'?

im blocked from making the switch between the two online and get a messaging saying I need to call.

Just wondering if it's actually possible to switch between the two?

It's exactly the same service under the hood, so I don't think a 'switch' is applicable.
