Moving from Now to Sky fibre

My Now broadband was coming to an end so when I rang them,  they said I needed to change over to sky fibre.  I agreed to this however it's taking a lot longer to get fibre to the house so Now are now charging me double broadband fees until Sky can complete the fibre change.  In a number of discussions, I was told the overpayment would be refunded but now this doesn't seem to be the case. It's looking potentially to be a total of 3 months before fibre is up and running but I don't want to continue paying double fees in the meantime. Has anyone else had this problem? If I speak to Sky they tell me to speak to Now and vice versa.  It's painful and very stressful.

Re: Moving from Now to Sky fibre

@Lou190 What double fees, until sky is active they cannot charge or apply any account to you, if that is the case and you are paying both a Now and a Sky fee for broadband the suggest you call sky and have them sort there side out! If you have lost discount because the end off the package then that is different! Do you have any idea what is causing the delay to the Fibre Installation as that would be the only cause and Now are hanging onto you rather than the BB getting cut off as assume that is a bad thing for you!
