Moving House but can't talk to anyone...

Hey,

 

So I've moved house and simply want to book a house move or engineer to come. The problem however is that the house move number I get from live chat is an AI call that just tells me to contact live chat and thus I'm stuck in a loop.

 

Can anyone give me a number to talk to a human please or point me in the right direction for booking my move.

Sorted. If you keep calling the automated numer you can get through to a human!

@Tom0451  A Home move needs to have been booked at least 10 working days prior for broadband as that is how long it will take for a new broadband service to be installed at your new home.  

 

Have you tried the online form?  https://www.sky.com/moving-home

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
