My father's just moving house, contacted Sky beforehand to set everything up for the transfer of service.
Old house was disconnected weekend before last, new house supposedly last Monday last week. Router is now plugged in at new house... surprise surprise, no service!
Website & MySky App both report no issues in area or to our hub. (Mind you, also confirms 4 devices are connected that are actually 17 miles away in old house still!)
Any ideas gratefully received please!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Glenside42 have you tried a reset of the hub to see if it clears the old information from the hub to see if will then connect?

Thanks @Highlinder - will be trying that this morning! (Ironically, about the only thing we didn't try as router had been off for 5 days!)
