Moved home and took Sky hub but cannot connect to internet
I have tried with and without micro filter and run all tests and all appears well. Previous owners used 3g so not even sure if phone socket is okay.

Did you book a Home Move with Sky, and has the internet activation date you would have been notified through that actually arrived?
