I moved to a new property yesteday. My Skype broadband was deactivated on 27 March 2024 and it was reactivated today 28 march 2024. I have connected my broadband today as i was told it has been activated.. there are oy two green lights showing o and I cannot comnect to the internet. I've tried rebooting nothing is working.

If the internet light isn't showing then I would give Sky a call so they can check to see if your line has been activated.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
