Moved from BT to Sky, switch on 21st Nov 24. Been sent the sky puck but no hub for internet.

Just moving from BT to Sky.  The switch over completes Nov 21st.  Have been sent the sky puck within 24 hours of ordering sky Tv and Sky broadband.  BT want their box and router back after the 21st Nov, an I supposed to get a new Sky router to connect to phone line?

Yes: Hub despatch is timed for arrival a couple of days before the switching date.
