Moved House Can't see Sky on ofnl
I have recently moved house. I have had Sky Broadband for almost the past year at my old address, and to be honest have been pleased with it. My new house has a thing called OFNL, which I never heard of until now. I have 18 providers to choose from, but Sky isn't on there. Does anyone know if this means I can move my Sky broadband over to them still?. I have tried the online address change facility with no luck. I will try to call tomorrow. Also what does this mean in terms of contract, if I can't use at my new address. However I have sky stream, and don't want to cancel that.

Re: Moved House Can't see Sky on ofnl
@Bagheera12 Did you not start a home move before moving from your old address for your services with Sky.
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Moved House Can't see Sky on ofnl
Sky does not carry data over OFNL (Open Fibre Networks Limited) cabling and infrastructure, and so will not be available as an ISP at that address. Only the ISPs you've seen listed can supply service: this is typically the result of a choice made by the developer to give OFNL monopoly access.
Sky Stream is designed to work with any terrestrial ISP, and so should function with any ISP on the OFNL network.
