Move my broadband to new flat

I would like to move my broadband to my new flat which i am due to couple of days i cant do online its says something goes wrong

Note that unfortunately there's a ten working day minimum lead time from when the order is placed and so realistically you're not going to have a working connection until around mid-November at the earliest.
