Mouths out of sync with the sound
We had an outage locally about 3 -4 weeks ago. Since then we have had sync issues with the mouths and sound. We have tried switching things off ,checking connections , moving obstructions. When we tried the system it starts off OK but it's not long before the same problem occurs again. We have HD cables and checked all connections, could it be these top box ? Everything was working fine until we had the outage. I keep using the MY SKY app everytime the problem arises, then when it tells me "problem solved" it is but back we go square one. Can you help us please?

@PaulDVickers It is highly unlikely to be a broadband related issue.
You dont say what your using when this happens, are you using a Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream box to watch TV?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
