Modem has 4 green lights but devices can no longer find network

We switched off the modem at the mains and since being switched back on, our devices can no longer find the network. We've been Sky Broadband customers for 3 months without any issues. Broadband and WiFi checks on the Sky app say that the connection and signal is fine. When diagnosing the problem from my laptop, a message reads "There was a problem connecting to _______. The wireless signal might be low. Other laptops and smartphones can't connect either.

@Wayne1877R try powering down your hub for an hour as thst should refresh your connection as thecfault seems to be lonked to a dodgy port on the server Sky is using to manage your connection.

The hub has 4 green lights but internet keep disconneting. We tryed swapping current on the new  hub, but there is no any improvement on the internet speed. We having this issue for the last 9 months. We can't work from home or watch a TV on demand. All the time we have distractions and this is really getting frustrating. We would appreciate it if you could help us with this issue.

Thanks but that suggestion hasn't worked. Any other ideas. All lights still green and none of our devices can even find the network.

Update - problem solved. Hub had reset to default WiFi name and password. Thanks for your help.
