Mocing from EE to SKY
Hi
My activation date for SKY Broadband is 5 July. I read on the SKY website that they will contact my previous provider that I am moving to SKY. But do I have to ask SKY first to do it for me? Because I still have broadband from EE (contract ends 2 weeks ago)

Re: Mocing from EE to SKY
@Hubert_ When you make the order to move to another ISP that starts the process. The new ISP informs your old ISP that you are moving to them. This should have been done when you ordered broadband from Sky.
If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

Re: Mocing from EE to SKY
When sky place the order ee will be contacted automatically to request permission to transfer the service and if you want to keep your number will ask for that too, you should then receive a text/email/letter from them checking that you are wanting to leave so you don't need to do anything and their service will end when the sky service replaces it and the following month they will refund you any over payment
