Mobile phone has minor upload and download speed using home WiFi

Does anyone know why a mobile phone using home wifi only gets 4 upload and 2 downlaod, when in the same room as the wifi? Ive a large broadband on my account but dont feel Im getting it. Tried phoning someone at Sky but got directed here???

@TonyWatson2025 if the upload is faster than the download something odd is going on. First question are other devices in your home affected? If not then it looks to be the phone so check its wifi network set up.

If other devices are affected check the speed of the service to your hub by running the servicecchecker innthe My Sky app if you click on the broadband result it should show the history of the download speed and the guarantee for your line. Assuming that is correct a device connected by WiFi in the same room as the hub is should becseeing speeds near that figure. The upload is around 10 to 20% of the download (it varies according to the product you buy) so for the upload to be higher is definitely weird.
