Missing Broadband equipment delivery

Has anyone else had an issue with the Yodel delivery service and it being marked as arrived when it hasn't and the Yodel advisor refuses to help any further because it's showing as arrived?

 

It's frustrating that I can't chat to someone online, or I can't find out chat option?!

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@AngieSue it will be a forum personal message confirmed by an email but you don't need it as there should be a brightly chat icon showing on the forum page, press that and a chat screen should open which you can use. The team will need to confirm you are the account holder before they can help.

In addition to reading through the link posted by @GD1 the blue/red speech bubble should be at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll then have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll just need to check the chat thread regularly.

Hi, I don't remember what I'd put on my query and it's not on the system for me to see. I'm trying to find out the dates my contracts end for Broadband/Tel and Sky Stream. Could you help me please?
