Missed

Hello, my due date for Broadband was on 19th of January but they didn't do it. After that my due date was today 25th January and NO ONE CAME! I want to report about this! This is insane

@RositsaMight want to check track orders in my account to see if there is any information about your broadband activation that was supposed to happen today. Does it say if this was supposed to be an engineer visit of a remote activation?

 

If there is no further information in track orders the best course then would be to give Sky a call and see if they have any other information and find out what is going to happen next.

I have two messages from the engineer and this is one of them Sorry, we missed your Sky line install on 25/01/2023, to reschedule call 03448 222 017. You may be eligible for Auto Compensation, check sky.com/autocompcode. 
can you just check please. Because I will cancel my order if they don't come tomorrow.

You need to call Sky to chase this up. We are customers here like yourself. If they cancelled todays visit it's highly unlikely they will attend tomorrow.
