Missed delivery

I upgraded my broadband package and Sky was sending me out a new router. I missed my delivery and it's been send back to Sky. How do I get them to re -delivery it? As I'm get messages about returning old router or I will be charged.

@LauraETAre they not able to re-deliver it for you ? I take it this is the first time trying to deliver this?

Are you sure it is being sent back to Sky because if it has gone back to their depot you might be able to arrange another delivery via their website.

 

As for returning this other router if it is shown here then if you are using it until you get your hands on this replacement it will need to be sent back:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
