Minimum speed guarantee not met for last three days
My internet has not been running at my minimum speed guarantee

@James309 this -age explains how the Minimum Speed Guarantee works https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-speed-guarantee
Note thecspeed used is the one in the Service Checker in the My Sky app or website not the speed measured on a device in your home. Speeds over wifi are frequently far lower than the speed to the hub as tgecwifi dignal limits through put which isnt covered by the guarantee.
