I am currently experiencing lower than guaranteed minimum speeds for my WiFi connection. I've attached confirmation of minimum speed and history to this thread. I've also checked connection settings and have maximised everything possible within my home to ensure minimum disruption possible.
I live down a private driveway (literally only about 20m long) but cannot get any indication of when faster speeds will be available for me.
I'm not actually bothered about any kind of refund, I just want my minimum speed consistently along with some kind of assurance of when ultra fast broadband will be available in my area (it is available literally about half a mile down the road already). I'm a loyal customer and prefer the convenience of having TV, phone and broadband with one provider but speed failures are getting to the point of frustration now as I'm paying for something I'm not getting.
Any help or advice would be appreciated please.
