Mini box issue in one bedroom

Mini box will not connect keeps dropping off saying connectivity issue constantly resetting 

main bedroom only

@J-L1 sounds like you have a poor WiFi connection in that room. Sky Q minis need a connection either to another Q box or a black Sky hub. The new white hub cannot connect to Q minis if you have one of those.

 

. Sky will supply a q booster or send out an engineer to check your network if you call them.

Note that when contacting Sky it's best to emphasise this as a Q television problem, not one with WiFi in general.  Sky loans booster hardware at no extra cost to resolve the former, but the latter has additional monthly cost in the form of a broadband subscription supplement.
