Milton Keynes Oldbrook Network is down

Network is down.Several times since 1.00am I have gone to settings to connect my network.

I have picked up the router and held in the wps button on at least three occasions and each time I do not get connected .I am still not connected.Thevtime is 1.21am

No internwt for the past hour. Milton Keynes, westcroft area. Online broadband checker says all fine but it isn't!

Also down in bletchley milton keynes - service checker is saying everythings working when it is clearly not

Internet is still down in Bletchley area,says connected but no Internet,been on my mobile data on the app to test my wi-fi at home but shows everything fine but it is not because there is no Internet available still.

I have just managed to get past the 1st stage of the checked which has now reported an issue and put me onto the advanced check which fails and tells me there is a problem with the service checker in the error message, it then tells me to call and same checks fail and puts me through to an agent but get cut off as no ones working at this time

I just had the same issue,it just sends me nowhere 🤣🤣 so probably we have to wait until they will actually fix it.

Finally got through the service checker and got following message 

We've found an issue with your connection

We've passed this on to our network team, who will investigate and help get you back up and running.

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
