I've found instagram wasn't refreshing and assumed it was my phone however my household is reporting similar issues since moving to sky hub6. I've recently also tested via my laptop when we experience this and the issue is the same. By switching to mobile (non sky) Internet the apps work perfectly and when switching back to WiFi there is a delay of about 30-60 seconds before the apps work. While this is happening browsing and other apps work fine.
