Hope ssomeone may come up with an idea. Have Sky Fibre, Sky Q with 1 Mini box. For the last couple of weeks the Sky Q box lkeeps losing internet connection causing mesh drop out. Internet is fine (at long last that;'s another story) but some devices just lose internet connectivity, i have diagnosed these are the one connected to the Q box. When drop out happens Q box shows often shows 2 x's on Network connection, however sometimes it shows Connected to Router but NOT connected to internet.
Nothing has changed in my home setup and Q box is sitting other side of chimney breast to router to no more than a 6 foot (2 metre) gap. Never had issues before.
Any ideas ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst thing to do would be to give everything a good power cycle, many Sky Q connectivity issues can be fixed that way. I would recommend switching all Sky Q related gear (Q box, mini's, Boosters) off at the wall along with the router. Leave for 5mins then switch all back on.

@jamesn123 i'll give that a go and see if it improves things. Thinking about it it started happening after a powercut.
Will have to try first thing tomorrow now - teenagers in house + summer holiday, no Internet for 10 minutes would bring about the end of the world 😄
