We've just got our internet and phone connected and I'm unable to start my Mcvfee subscription. Also we have paramount included in our package but we've been charged by paramout, I thought this was free on top of one of the bundles we have with sky? And before you ask we set up though the email you sent me.

Sky Broadband has not had a promotional relationship with McAfee for several years. Where did you see something to the contrary?

Hi @TimmyBGood ,
Its on our My Sky Account page under broadband. We used it though sky the last time we was with them, a little over a year ago.

If you've a legacy Sky account then I guess it's come from there. The rather badly worded page I linked to is trying to indicate that it's not possible to add new installations to any existing McAfee service billed through Sky.
