Massive props to Sky's automated broadband fixer.

My Internet went down for the first time ever. 

I check My Sky on my phone and was told there was an issue, I went through the steps after I clicked the "Let's fix it" button and the Internet returned.

Massive gratitude to the tech team at Sky for creating this automated service.
