Hello,
Is anybody experiencing slowness / broadband speed not up to it used to be.
Apparently there are local issues in the north west, I wondered if somebody had a bit more colour on the issues and any potential resolution time.

Could you please run the broadband test, when it completes can you click on " Tell me more about my speed " and tell us what speed you are supposed to get between and you minimum speed please.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
