How do I add a MAC address to my wireless router. Daughters xbox no longer connecting. Any help would be appreciated.

You cant/don't need to the Sky hub does not have MAC address filtering.

Is there any messages that appear when the Xbox trys to connect? Is it WiFi or Wired?

I'm having the exact same issue with both my sons and daughters Xboxes since changing to a Sky Q hub. It picks up the connection tries to connect and then can't do so. Never had a problem before, any ideas how to fix it?!
