Low speed wifi not getting speed paid for
Hello,
I am not receiving the download speed promises in my contract. I have only received the maximum speed of 3.3mb since moving to my new address on 06/05/2024. After speaking with my neighbours, it appears that other housholds are receiving up to 30mb. I have done all the router checks and cable plug checks stated on your site. I am not getting what I paid for and as a loyal sky customer for 8 years. This affects my daily activities and ability to use the internet effectively. It was a little dissappointing to receive a message from SKY sating that if I am not receiving the speed I paid for, then I could just leave.
Can you please send an engineer out to resolve the issue.
Kind regards,
Claudia Marginean

@McCrane you ate not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but even if you were they are very unlikely to send an engineer to sort your issue. Instead forum members can probsbly help if you post your Sky hub's connection stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
