Low download speeds

3rd party speed testers never return download speeds over 2mbs/sec. Buffering on devices is common in the house. Wifi is too poor in the bedroom 2 rooms away from the router. No faster speeds available in the area and the area is in the middle of York. Very poor service over the past year.
