Ongoing problems with broadband speeds. Downloads in mid 40's with uploads below 20.

Have loaned sky booster from friend to achieve this but tv still buffing and some mobile apps taking 2/3 minutes to connect eg WhatsApp . Requesting engineer visit to rectify this ongoing problem.

@Brian1759 You are not talking to Sky, we are customers like yourself. Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
