Re: Low broadband speed again
Making threats to cancel your subscription means little here as we are customers like yourself. You'll need to report it to Sky again otherwise they wont know you have an issue.

Re: Low broadband speed again
I actually got through to a tech guy called Alex. Top bloke. He ran through check with me and found the problem. I'll run through the solution he gave me because its probably the answer to a lot of problems I've had over the years with wifi in general.
First of all he said I should use the first ethernet slot. And told me to use the fourth one. Then we did a hard reset on the router which meant holding the reset button for 30 seconds and waited for all.the lights to go back to green. Then Turned the ONT off with the button at the bottom for about 30 seconds and switched back on and again waited for the ONT lights to go green. Then reconnected to the wifi with my phone and did a other speed test. I went from 20mbps to 151mbps. Absolutely amazing.

Re: Low broadband speed again
@Kyluke Exactly as it would explain in the connecting and setting up the sky Hub to a Full Fibre connection!

Re: Low broadband speed again
Unfortunately the online line help had me going in circles and despite following the instructions my broadband wifi remained low. The download speed was pitiful. I condensed what Alex did for me but we were at it for about 35 minutes, with multiple failures. At one point my connection got worse, but he didn't give up and thats good customer service. He could have easily have just sold me a booster. We also had a good conversation about games we were into. Overall a top quality experience that you can't get from a link on a page.
