Recently had new wire fitted for WiFi box (I think it was ethernet cables) however I am currently paying for your highest speed/best connection yet when I am using WiFi in the house on my phone/Other devices I have really poor signal and it takes ages to load anything or videos and websites buffer for a long time

Re: Low Wifi connection/signal
@Nicole67 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Sounds like you have a full fibre connection to your Sky hub which does deliver the speed you buy tomthe hub. However that does not mean WiFi speeds in every room will similarly increase. WiFi signals lose strength when passing through solid objects like walls so the layout and tupe of construction of your home set the speeds your devices can access.
In simple terms to get usable WiFi in every room often requires multiple wifi sources. Sky sell an add-on called Sky WiFi Max which can suply up to 3 wifi extenders in they are required to get the guaranteed speed of 25Mb/s in every room see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Alternatively you can buy and use your own equipment.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
